Hiring – Call Center Executive – Qatari
JD:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
* Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
* Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department.
* Follow call center scripts and processes as required.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
* Meet individual and team performance targets (call handling, quality, response time, etc.).
Requirements:
*Male candidates preferred.
*Bilingual proficiency: Arabic & English (spoken and written).
* High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in call center/customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
* Must be willing to work on rotational shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
