Senior Reservation Agent vacancy in Qatar
Duration: Temporary
Qualification :
– BSc holder or High School Qualification with a min of 1-year Working experience in the tourism or hospitality industry,
– Must have knowledge of reservations and ticketing (e.g. Amadeus) and able to use MS Office (excel, word) and
ability to manage room sales with due regard to the revenue,
– Good knowledge of world Geography and airline reservations and ticketing processes and systems will be a vital asset.
– Excellent written and spoken English is essential for the role, while any additional languages relevant to Contact Centre business are advantageous.
– Preferred Nationalities: India, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Egypt, Philippines,
– Must have the Secondment (free visa) or labour card (dependent visa).
