Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in civil construction with a focus on pipeline projects.
Proven track record of managing construction teams and subcontractors effectively.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all civil construction activities related to pipeline projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Execute construction package like excavation, rebar, shuttering work, concrete etc with safety standards.
Read and execute drawing.
Schedule and Execute Daily works as Per Plan
Effectively Managing Site Resources and Equipments
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
Monitor project progress and budget adherence.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
