1. CONSULTANT – INSTALLATION (ARABIC /ENGLISH)
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in installations and resolve any disputes arises, handles the day to day running of the installation teams and inspectors. And carries out and ensure that the compliance of all activities.
2. CONSULTANT – METER READING (ARABIC /ENGLISH)
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 3 years’ experience to manage a team of meter readers, supervises the collection of meter reading and serves as a focal point for meter reading related issues, monitor water meters and identifies any variance or disturbances and any abnormal usage and closely interacts with the field / meter reading crew.
3. CONSULTANT – CUSTOMER SERVICE (ARABIC /ENGLISH)
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 3 years’ experience to provide a full range of customer services for all lines of business (electricity and water), provide expert quality service to customer’s. Communicates with helpdesk.
