Job Summary ( Open for local & Overseas candidates)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead operations for our value fashion retail store in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, drive sales, maintain high standards of customer service, and manage a motivated team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
Team Leadership - Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.
Customer Experience - Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Store Operations - Oversee daily operations including cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Inventory & Stock Management - Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.
Visual Merchandising - Ensure store displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis - Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
- Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience (fashion retail preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
