The right candidates should have a wide network of contacts in the field and a proven track record of securing new businesses with huge contracts within the Facility Management Sector.

He must be skilled in preparing and presenting commercial bids to company decision-makers and negotiating and closing sales. As a result, his skills should translate into increased revenues, new customer opportunities, and long-term business growth.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5 years solid background in the same capacity specifically in the facility management industry.
Knows the market and has a list of targeted clients
Can drive sales and activities to win new businesses to add revenue to the department
Updated on industry developments and market trends and aware of competitor’s activities
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Directly involved in tender preparation especially review of technical and commercial requirements
