Business Development Duties and Responsibilities:

· Contacting potential delegates to build relationships and arrange meetings.

· Planning and overseeing new marketing campaigns.

· Exploring organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

· Increasing the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.

· Discovering and developing new markets and improving sales.

· Attend conferences, meetings, and business events

· Developing values ​​and recommendations for messengers.

· Developing objectives for the business development and growth team and ensuring they are met.

· Training staff and assisting team members to develop their skills.


Business Development Requirements:

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to lead complex and multi-tasking projects.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to succeed with minimal leadership, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Arab nationalities are an advantage

· Understanding or writing Arabic is an advantage

· Only Female can apply

· With driver’s license

· Transferable visa

· Participates immediately
