About the Role

Amanies Co is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen Amanies’ position as Qatar’s leading luxury celebration brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing corporate accounts, expanding wedding and event partnerships, generating sales, and representing Amanies with professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

·       Identify and secure new corporate, government, hospitality, luxury retail, and private clients.

·       Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

·       Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, embassies, hotels, wedding planners, event organizers, luxury brands, shopping malls, and strategic partners.

·       Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, direct sales, and market research.

·       Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

·       Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.

·       Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Partnerships & Networking

·       Develop strategic alliances with wedding planners, luxury venues, hotels, event management companies, influencers, and premium lifestyle brands.

·       Represent Amanies at networking events, exhibitions, business meetings, and industry gatherings.

·       Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that increase brand visibility and business growth.

Sales & Client Management

·       Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

·       Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.

·       Follow up on quotations and proposals until closure.

·       Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

·       Maintain an updated client database.

 

 

Sales Presentations & Business Materials

·       Prepare professional presentations, sales proposals, quotations, and business pitches tailored to each prospective client.

·       Develop and continuously improve corporate presentation templates, partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and sales materials.

·       Customize presentations for corporate clients, luxury brands, hotels, wedding planners, embassies, and event organizers.

·       Ensure all business development materials reflect Amanies’ premium brand identity.

·       Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all presentations, brochures, and promotional materials remain current and aligned with the company’s branding.

Market Intelligence

·       Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer needs.

·       Recommend new business opportunities and growth initiatives.

·       Provide regular market feedback to management.

Reporting

·       Submit weekly activity reports.

·       Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.

·       Prepare monthly business development reports.

·       Track KPIs and recommend corrective actions when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of business development or corporate sales experience.
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or premium food & beverage is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
Existing business network in Qatar is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
