A leading Oilfield Services & Rental Company in
Qatar is urgently hiring for:
➠ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Business
Administration, preferred.
➠ Minimum 7–10 years of proven BD/Sales experience in the GCC Oil & Gas sector.
➠ Established network of contacts with local Oil & Gas companies, contractors, and
major industrial plant operators.
➠ Strong contract negotiation, presentation, and tendering skills.
➠ Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial opportunities across onshore and
offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
➠ Lead the registration and prequalification process to secure place on Approved
Vendor Lists.
➠ Drive growth across all primary business lines, actively selling Oil & Gas field
services, equipment rental and mechanical services.
➠ Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decisionmakers,
procurement managers, project directors, and technical leads across the region.
➠ Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals,
RFQs, and tender bids; negotiate contract terms to secure profitable wins.
➠ Develop regional sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed annual revenue
and profit margin targets.
➠ Monitor upcoming projects, developments, and competitor activity to position the
company for emerging service demands.
➠ Present regular sales forecasts, market analyses, and progress reports directly to
executive leadership.
➠ Possess good communication skills in English. Fluency to write & speak clearly and
succinctly, and to demonstrate this skill in official communications. Speaking in
Arabic is an advantage.
➠ Proficient in MS Office Tools – Word, Excel and Power Point.
➠ With valid Qatar Driver’s License required.
➠ Transferable visa with NOC.
