Required Technical Skills:
• HVAC installation and maintenance
• Air-conditioning troubleshooting
• Refrigeration fundamentals
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance

• Knowledge of various piping materials and fittings.
• Ability to identify and repair leaks, blockages, and plumbing faults.
• Experience in installing and repairing sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing equipment.
• Ability to read and understand basic plumbing/MEP drawings.
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
