An experienced Facility Operations Manager Required urgently. Salary btw 10000Qr-12000Qr.
-Act as a primary Point of contact between Customer and Company’s Operations Management.
-Keep the Customer (Base Services Manager) well informed of operational status daily.
-Immediately report all safety issues, employee accidents to Base Services Manager and company’management.
-Supervise the daily activities of an in-housework force of around 100 cleaners and 2 supervisors across 2 shifts.
-Schedule staff to provide custodial duties restroom cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, special events ensure staffing, tasks and work schedules meet requirements of the custodial scope of Work.
-Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts.
-Ability to effectively manage supplies is a very important.
-Identify any requirement for equipment, supplies, or furnishings.
-Ensure supervisors notify him/her of any needed repairs or broken equipment’s.
-Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
Plan, coordinate, establish priorities, and supervise the daily cleaning and daily maintenance of multiple buildings.
-Track the monthly attendance for required improvement.
Provide basic orientation for new employees on safe custodial techniques.
-Provide ongoing training in custodial and safety procedures and techniques.
-Evaluate Supervisor and Custodians personal job performance and provide goals and areas needing improvement
-Perform periodic and monthly Quality Inspection Reviews and takes action to ensure continuous provision of high-quality standards according to the Custodial Scope of Work.
Implement, adhere and review of Custodial Policy & Procedures.
-Prepare a written report for each compliance visit and the following up of any issues that arise
-Implement recommendations arising from Internal audits to the extent that they impact Custodian issues, capitalizing on improvement opportunities while mitigating risks
-Adhere to, and maintenance of, required principal documentation to be held in safekeeping
-Managing both shifts (6AM to 7PM and 6PM to 7AM) staff to ensure custodial service activities are performed accordin to standards and contractual requirements
-Ensuring custodial employees have appropriate equipment and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals/ deadlines
-Managing staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for special events and programs.
Operates Custodial equipment including but not limited to wet/dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers and electric carts
-Manage employee biometrics attendance and report to Vistas Operations Manager daily.
-Must have general hands‑on knowledge of routine daytime facility cleaning and related services including how to mix chemicals used for general cleaning.
