Qualification:
1. BSc in Civil Engineer from a recognized and established University
2. At least 15 years overall experience
3. Must have worked for at least 10 years in a similar role and with a proven technical background
in testing asphalt, concrete, soil and other
construction materials
4. Must have worked for prominent international
engineering firm(s) and with relevant knowledge
of test methods, standards and specifications
(ASTM) and innovative research for product testing
development
