The Commis III (Pastry) position is responsible assisting the Pastry Chef.
Essential Functions
Preparation of daily orders and advance orders of the customers.
Checking the supplies or stocks availability.
Checking expiration date of the stocks.
Making the orders of the clients if the Pastry Chef is on leave.
Assisting the Pastry Chef in making the pastries.
Maintain proper hygiene and keep the workplace clean.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working quickly and efficiently.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
