A Qatar based Oil and Gas Services company with an excellent work environment needs self- motivated, energetic, ambitious, hardworking personnel for the Service Technician – Pumps position
Education & Certification:
• Technical Qualification in relevant field (Mechanical Technical), Diploma in Engineering preferred
Experience:
• 8-10 years’ experience in pump technician/engineer in Pump Company plus troubleshooting & hands
on repairs of rotating equipment in Oil & Gas Environment.
• Hands-on skills in Assembly, Cleaning, Inspection, Measurement, Reporting and Assembly of API 610
Pumps.
• Perform pump and system diagnostic and analysis including review of pumps application and operation,
pump design and materials, pumps vibration & identify and resolve any defect(s)
• Experience in rotating equipment alignment is required.
• Experienced in balancing machine & Electrical motor repair preferred.
• Welding experience is an added advantage.
• Ability in reading of Engineering drawings, report & manuals is mandatory.
• Must be Computer literate, especially MS Office.
• Good English verbal and report writing skills.
• Must be in Qatar with Transferable visa.
