Candidate must be an Arabic Candidate with excellent communication skills in English. He should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Rent A Car industry and available in Qatar with RP Transfer.
SALES MANAGER Duties:-
➣ Lead the Sales team. Work out the rental/lease strategies and annual sales plan with individual targets
➣ Meet the requirements of the Sales department’s key performance targets set by the company.
➣ Assist the sales team on best practices for closing more rental/lease deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
➣ Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all corporate & individual customers with timely intervention
