Experience: 10 – 15 years relevant experience with reputed
Architectural & Engineering Design consultancy & Project Management firms.
Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Preferred Civil
Engineering) & additional qualifications in Contract Administration.
Other Skills & Experience
Experience in preparing, reviewing & administering
Architectural/Engineering related Consultancy contracts, subcontracts and aware of various professional service
agreements & conditions of contracts.
Hands on experience in Request for Proposal (RFP)/invitation
to Tender (ITT)/Prequalification (PQ) Tenders/Expression of
Interest (Eol), Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality, Work Orders, LPOs, Tender Clarifications, and other correspondences.
