CRM Specialist – Real Estate (Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive)
Boyen Haddin is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team at our HO (Matunga Road) location. In this role, you will play a key role in managing post-sales activities for our premium residential and commercial properties.
About You:
A minimum of 2 years of collection experience in the Real Estate industry.
Proven experience using a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer queries and concerns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate delayed interest.
Knowledge of RERA regulations (advantageous).
Responsibilities:
Manage post-sales activities for premium residential and commercial properties within our CRM system.
Make collection and demand calls to ensure timely payments.
Resolve customer queries related to documentation, including demands, agreements, and receipts.
Provide customers with regular project status updates.
Calculate and communicate delayed interest charges (if applicable).
