We are currently seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP drafting and be proficient in creating detailed technical drawings for MEP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD software to prepare accurate and detailed MEP drawings, including plans, layouts, and schematics.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all MEP drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (such as architectural and structural) to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and quantity surveys as required.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and components, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required.
- Immediate availability to join is necessary.
