A Leading Plastic Company in Qatar is looking for – 2 Production Supervisors for Thermoforming & Sheet Extrusion Plant.
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the production side of the business from raw receiving, to planning, to production in plastics (Thermoforming Sheet Extrusion ( PET, PP,PS) & Thermoforming, Sleeving division) In Automatic lines (European Origin Machines)
Job Responsibility:
1. Ensure full compliances with all good manufacturing practices and quality assurance standards. Maintain and execute the policies and procedures prescribed by the Production Manager.
2. Implements and maintains Company manufacturing policies, procedures and production control programs. Supervises all the dairy and juice productions. Program of sanitation and housekeeping, ensuring standards are appropriately met and maintained.
3. Ensures the adequate definition of position responsibilities for all personnel directly supervised and provide appropriate facilities for them to carry out those responsibilities.
4. Ensure that proper maintenance, housekeeping and equipment cleaning is performed on a timely basis so as to conform to prescribed standards and objectives. Maintain awareness of and involvement with plant Employees/labour relations.
5. Ensure proper implementation of contract and work rules, constancy and timeliness of discipline, and maintenance of seniority list for full-time associate and vacation relief employees.
6. Assume overall responsibility for completion and review of labour schedules and overtime levels.
7. Flexible in approach to supporting the needs of employees and maintain a clean and safe plant.
Qualification: – Degree / diploma or equivalent in Plastics/Polymer & Technical. Experience in Plastics plant operations or food packaging industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Locally available candidates with Sponsor Change (RP Transfer) are only preferred.
Salary: QAR 2500 to 3000/- + HRA QAR 1500/-+ Overtime + Benefits.
