Job Description:
• Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies, talent acquisition plans, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
• Develop and implement performance management programs to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
• Guide managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
Job Specification:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve HR objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Understanding of talent development strategies and career planning.
• Experience in managing employee relations matters and resolving conflicts.
• Familiarity with grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
