Payroll Accountant (URGENT)

Job Description/Role:
Supervise the day to day administration of payroll, compensation and benefits to ensure accurate and timely implementation in accord with company policies and procedures and Qatari Labour laws.
Process the monthly salary payroll and any company benefits, and its subsidiaries in accordance with the payroll procedures and guidelines to ensure payments are made on time.
Ensure all ERP payroll transaction are approved and entered accurately in line with company policy and control and entire payroll process to ensure timely payments.
Verify, check and reconcile all reimbursements made to employees are in line with company approved policies and procedures.
Verify, check and make data entry of all transactions related to the change in compensations and benefits arising from promotion and merit increases in accord with approved guidelines and approved budgets.
Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/ the safety of others is not jeopardized and a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed.
Audit of compliance to safety, quality and environmental procedure and instruction.
Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting/Finance. CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA will be an advantage.
-Gender: Male or Female
-Nationality: Any Nationality except (Egyptian or Indian)
-Language: English and Arabic (Writing and Speaking)
-Experience: Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in Accounts, Industrial experience is preferred (Experience in Payroll Accounting from Accounting Perspective in compliance with HR policies & procedure)
-Strong Knowledge and experience working at least 2-3 years in Oracle System
