A reputed Real Estate Company in Qatar is looking for an enthusiastic and competitive new team member to be part of their company for the position of SALES EXECUTIVE.

Responsibilities:
– Finding, Communicating and Meeting with possible clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
– Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure the required documents are submitted and contract are signed by the client
– Inspect condition of premises, and notify owners of maintenance needs.
– Achieving monthly sales target

Skills:

–       Negotiation Skill

–       Solid Verbal Communication Skills

–       Organizational Skills

–       Multi-tasking Skills

Requirements:

– Male or Female
– With Pleasing Personality
– Can work into shifts (morning and afternoon)
– Knowledgeable in Speaking, Writing, Reading English language (other language known will be an advantage)
– MUST have a Qatar Driving License
– MUST have the same job experience.
– Transferable NOC and can join immediately!

* Salary:

Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus (upon reaching the certain Sales Target per month)

* Accommodation will be provided (willing to be relocated in Ain Khaled area)
