We are looking for an experienced real-estate and property coordinator for our company , who can do the following:
Responsible for finding tenants to fill our units in the pearl.
Ensuring the studios are maintained and repaired
The Tenants will contact the property coordinator to pay rent, raise concerns, get repairs scheduled, or address any other issues or concerns
Preparing leasing contract
Has experience in real estate marketing in social media and in-person
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
Must have a driving license and preferably with a car.
