E-commerce Specialist

MQ Interior Design is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online sales channels, drive digital campaigns, and improve user experience. The role requires strong technical, marketing, and analytical skills to grow online revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
– Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising.
– Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion, order value, bounce rate.
– Improve site UX, landing pages, and checkout flows.
– Oversee product listings, pricing, and content.
– Coordinate with logistics and customer service for fulfillment and returns.
– Support digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns).
– Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce (diploma + experience may suffice).
– 2–5 years’ e-commerce experience (online retail/marketplaces preferred).
– Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, analytics tools.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– English required; Arabic is a plus.
