Looking urgently for an Electrical Engineer (Distribution Design and Development Engineer) with wide experience using ETAP, PSS/Sincal Systems.
Ø With experience as EE in Kahramaa of at least 7 years, with BSc, BTECH, BE in Electrical Engineering
Ø Plans designs & conducts the Power Supply Schemes to feed Domestic, Commercial, Light & Heavy Industry consumers, private infrastructure
projects, and other big utility projects and ensures all necessary quality standards are adhered to.
Ø Provide support to the Network Analysis Unit in preparation for load
flow and resulting reinforcement schemes.
Ø Deal with QATAR Design Review System (QDRS) applications for the
schemes.
Ø Process Building Permit and prepare Schemes for Bulk Customers (5MW & above), including liaising with the Customer Service Department and Electricity Network Planning on all matters related to BUILDING PERMIT, service notes, and cost estimates etc., and ensuring all necessary quality standards are adhered to.
Ø Manage, control, and coordinate all works related to Consultants/Consultants’ Submittals, participate in weekly meetings, and coordinate internally (KAHRAMAA concerned departments) & and externally (MME and others) to approve supply schemes.
Ø To liaise with the Planning Department in the MME / Land Department for substations site allocation and route approvals through the online MME system.
