⚡ Urgent Hiring – Engineer (Electrical O&M) ⚡
📍 Location: Place Vendome Mall, Lusail – Qatar
👷 Position: Engineer – Electrical O&M
⏳ Experience: 8–10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor CAFM system and coordinate with helpdesk to close tickets on time.
Supervise maintenance of Electrical & ELV systems (power distribution, control panels, ELV equipment).
Diagnose faults and oversee timely repairs.
Develop, implement & monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with project KPIs and O&M contract.
Perform risk assessments and routine system checks.
Adhere to codes, safety standards, and client specs.
Submit technical RFIs for modifications, replacements & fit-outs.
Review and update electrical load schedules to ensure balance.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers & project teams for smooth O&M operations.
