Hiring Accountant with HR Admin capabilities
Location: Ras Laffan Qatar
Long assignment
Minimum requirements: College Degree and Minimum of 5yrs experience in Accountant field.

Accountant
• Handle site expenses and supplies
• Record employees’ petty cash, site purchases, and site expenses
• Control purchase orders, invoices, cheques, and contract payments
• Ensure purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched
• Review and verify purchasing and accounts payable transactions
• Handling All Payable & Receivables.
• Preparing Payment Vouchers, Receipt Voucher, Invoices and
Record them into the System.
• Handling Petty Cash and control expenses according to the budget.
• Payroll.
• Bank Facilities Management/Reconciliation
