Must have 5+ years’ experience.

Working Hrs: 10Hrs / 6 Days
Job Description:
– Handling Petty Cash Expense and daily maintaining petty cash report
– Monitoring & Reconciliation of cash sale & credit card sale transaction
– Preparation of monthly cheques of suppliers & reconciliation of Suppliers balances
– Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
– Maintaining report of daily sales report.
– Filing of accounts books – purchase register , petty cash register , bank payment register
– Preparation & monitoring petty cash of stores monthly basis.
– Follow up payment of receivables
– Checking of material transfer from warehouse to outlets
– Good Knowledge of MS Office ,Internet, Tally .
– Good Written & oral communication knowledge of English
