Hiring: Recruiter assistant
Location: Al Khor, Qatar
Duration: Long assignment
Job Description
•Assist from initial sourcing and screening, through offer negotiations, placement and on boarding permanent and temporary positions
•Source high- caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee/client referrals.
•Post job postings on different social media platforms to attract regular pipeline of talent across multiple positions.
•Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
•Update hiring status (e.g., number of screened candidates).
•Prepare candidates before interviews with Manager
•Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
•Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
•Maintain candidate databases.
