*Job Description:
– Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
– Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
– Meeting with potential clients to present company services and negotiate business deals.
– Generate leads by cold calls/social media/mails/ build your database and secure your clientele.
– Respond to queries and complaints from clients regarding the company’s products on a timely basis.
– Develop business proposals/agreements for new customers.
– Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking calls/meetings to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
– Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions.
– Supervise the database of client relationship management and utilize the results to manage customers and the mailing lists.
– To achieve the set financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets.
– To provide creative ideas to the Head for a new line of business and to improve sales.
– To be able to create presentations, attend meetings along with the line manager.
– Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes and methodologies.
– Responsible for presenting the daily /weekly/monthly dashboards to the Line Manager.
*Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field to business.
– Experience at least 2 years in the Qatar Market.
– Bilingual Speakers ( Arabic & English).
– Possesses very good sales skills, business acumen, and analytical skills.
– Possess problem-solving skills.
– MS Office proficient.
– Networking skills: should have the ability to build and maintain relationships and contacts in and outside the company.
– Track record of successfully achieving or overachieving goals.
