We are seeking an experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations ,
advanced testing techniques, and equipment maintenance .
This role involves supervising junior technicians , ensuring compliance with safety and
quality standards , and contributing to research and development projects .
Key Responsibilities :
* Conduct advanced laboratory tests and analyze results .
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment .
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards .
* Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians .
* Document and report findings accurately .
* Assist in research and development projects .
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in ** Chemistry , Biology , Biochemistry , or a related field ( Master’s preferred ) .
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting .
* Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments ,
testing procedures , and safety protocols .
* Excellent analytical , problem – solving , and leadership
skills .
