Operations Manager

Operations Manager job vacancy Doha, Qatar. We are a smart-mobility provider that will be offering Qatar a new array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

– Manage a team of multiple field Operations Team Leads and Operations Specialists

– Oversee the efficiency of operational processes

– Analyze business requirements and the needs of our riders

– Propose methods to improve operations and reduce costs

– Supervise and train field Operations Team Leads and Specialists

– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

– Interacts with e-bikes, e-Scooters riders in a friendly and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:  High School degree or equivalent

Experience: Significant experience as an operations supervisor or similar role in transportation or logistic industries in Qatar (mandatory)

Specific skills: 

– Extensive knowledge of the roads and transportations infrastructures in all Qatar (mandatory)

– Good English language skills (mandatory)

– Proficiency using GPS devices/Geofencing (mobile applications) to locate and operate on e-bikes, e-Scooters and the parking spots. (mandatory)

Personal characteristics: 

– Excellent organizational, time management skills and Team leadership (mandatory)

– Ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Licenses: A valid driver’s license in Qatar (mandatory)

Proficiency using GPS devices/Geofencing (mobile applications) to locate and operate on e-bikes, e-Scooters and the parking spots.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical ability to frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 KG
