Sales Executive (FEMALE – ARAB or EUROPEAN)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility
• Have comprehensive knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition
• Point of contact for all Hotel Food & Beverage related bookings and enquiries and promote special events and occasions
• Achieve all individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets by maintaining and creating a close relationship with customers
• Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections etc.
• Ensure that all incoming requests are addressed within 24 hours to avoid customer complaints and loss of business
• Closely monitor the accounts revenue and business production and maintain end of month production reports
• Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies
• Participate in any Training and Development programs as recommended by the senior management
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably a Hospitality Degree holder
• Minimum of 4 years of extensive work experiences in Sales in Hotel Food and Beverage industry
• Good computer skills and a perfect communication skill of English is a must.
• Qatar Driving License is required
• FEMALE candidate, “ARAB or EUROPEAN” nationality
SALARY:
• 7,000 QR Full Package plus COMMISSION
