Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of talented architects and designers.
• Oversee the entire architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar leadership role in architectural design.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• A deep technical knowledge of the complete design process from brainstorming to end product
• A creative drive and a keen eye for innovative ideas and trends
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Diverse and in-depth portfolio of architectural design work
• Ability to stay organized and focused on long projects.
• Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
