We are looking for Finance Manager
Job Location: Qatar
Requirements:
∙ About 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company
and proven experience as a Financial Manager.
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, ideally
with an MBA qualification.
∙ Experience in corporate finance and accounting with previous roles as chief
accountant or external auditor.
∙Experience working on dealing with banks and other facilities
∙ Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining
a high level of customer retention.
∙ Liaising with customers, ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures
are followed.
∙ Bilingual (Arabic and fluent in English).
JOB DESCRIPTION
∙ Perform financial management duties including generating financial data,
compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the
financial health of the company.
∙ Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
∙ Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations,
monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
∙ Advice colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the
company’s finances.
∙ Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
∙ Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for the amicable resolution of differences.
∙ Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status
and financial forecasts.
Candidate should have a valid NOC and ready to join in a short notice.
