Are you a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in social media campaigns and branding? Uncomn Creative Studios is seeking an experienced individual to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and executing compelling social media campaigns. If you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media and branding, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visually striking social media campaigns that align with our brand’s messaging and objectives.
  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into impactful visual designs.
  • Design and maintain consistent brand elements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
  • Craft visually compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and newsletters.
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure all design assets are optimized for different digital platforms and devices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong focus on social media campaigns and branding.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating impactful social media campaigns and visually compelling designs.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, including visual identity, brand consistency, and storytelling.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements and trends.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
