Are you passionate about flowers and creating beautiful floral arrangements? We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team at Mouqab Al Noor. As a Florist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic flair and contribute to making special moments unforgettable through the power of flowers.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating unique and stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
• Assisting customers in selecting appropriate floral designs based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
• Managing inventory, ordering flowers and supplies, and ensuring the freshness and quality of all floral products.
• Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering expert advice on flower care and maintenance.
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently, including processing orders, arranging deliveries, and managing the shop’s overall appearance.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including processing and arranging incoming shipments of flowers and plants.
• Collaborating with team members to develop new floral design concepts and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the floral industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in floral design and arrangement.
• Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Flexibility to work during peak floral seasons, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy flower arrangements, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with floral industry trends, suppliers, and wholesalers is a plus.
• Formal training or certification in floral design is preferred but not required.
