FM Supervisor (FM background)
JOB PURPOSE:
-Supervise all Facilities activities, work direction and support systems.
-Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
-Coordinate with managers, engineers to carry out the repair, corrective actions and preventive maintenance.
-Update the work completion and status in daily basis.
-Liaise with safety officers, report on worker safety practices.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
-5 Years Middle East experience in similar role.
-5-8 years out of which 5years’ experience in the Middle East.
-A valid Qatar driving license (MUST)
-Good English Communication skills
-Problem-Solving and conflict-resolution skills and their needs.
-Technical Diploma in related engineering field.
