Radiology Technologist required in Qatar
Job description
Main Responsibilities;
- Performs safe and competent radiology examination utilizing established MOPH standards of practice and care.
- Adheres to all radiation and safety guidelines.
- Participates in quality assurance activities of equipment and film processing equipment on a regular basis.
- Ensures efficient and economic use of all diagnostic equipment and consumables. Maintains stock levels of consumables.
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned by the radiologist
- Liaises with the registration and patient billing department.
Demonstrates good communication skills. Interacts effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary team & patients - Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner
- Promotes an atmosphere that is conducive to professional learning.
- Continually evaluates and updates professional practice.
- Promotes the radiography profession in a positive manner.
Shall operate and use various imaging equipment to perform patient testing, including
QUALIFICATIONS
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN RADIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY
- VALID QATAR QCHP LICENSE
- INDIAN/FILIPINO NATIONALITY PREFERRED
- UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF FAMILY/HUSBAND
