Creative visualizer/ Art director

We are seeking a “passionate” creative visualizer/ Art director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, marketing materials, social media content, and other creative initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

Develop visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message and meet project objectives Collaborate with other team members to create integrated campaigns and materials.

Create storyboards, sketches, and other visual aids to help communicate ideas and concepts.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge.

Ensure that all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Work with Creative director/ project managers to establish timelines and deliverables, and meet project deadlines.

Present designs and concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new ideas and concepts.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a visual design or creative role in the Advertising industry.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, Artistic skills, innovation, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to organize files.

Properly organizing and labeling layers for easy editing and collaboration with other team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to create visual materials that adhere to them.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Passion for design and a desire to stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.

Artistic skills is a must.

3D skills will be an advantage.
