Job Title: Sales Manager – Gift Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to join our team at a gift company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales and marketing. The candidate should also have experience in dealing with Qatar ministries and a solid understanding of the gift products as medals, trophy and high-end medals, and give away special gifts.

Responsibilities:

-Developing relationships with suppliers: The Sales Manager may be responsible for identifying and building relationships with suppliers of valuable gift products, such as high-end medals, trophies, and other special gifts. This will involve negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring that the company is getting the best possible deals.

-Building relationships with customers: The Sales Manager may be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, such as corporate clients who regularly purchase valuable gift products for their employees or partners.

-Managing sales staff: The Sales Manager may be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

– Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to expand the customer base.

– Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.

– Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

– Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.

– Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

– Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

– At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Experience dealing with Qatar ministries and a solid understanding of the gift medals, trophy and memorabilia industry.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

– Fluent in English and Arabic.
