Handover Engineer (ASHGHAL Experience )
Job Description
• Develop and oversee the handover management plan, including checklists and protocols for the project in coordination with the Client and Consultant.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly Handover Progress Reports. Represent the company in meetings with Clients, Stakeholders, Third Parties, and other disciplines related to Project Handover matters.
• Conduct thorough Snagging alongside Stakeholders & Supervision Consultant for Roadworks, Safety Furniture, Directional Signs, Storm Water, Street Light, TSE line, Ooredoo, QAF, and ITS Network.
• Draft Testing Commissioning Plans, Handover Plans, and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with various PWA authorities for project handover and ensure all necessary clearances are obtained.
• Collaborate with PWA’s O & M Departments to obtain approval for completed works during construction and testing phases.
• Maintain updated Handover plans and schedules throughout the project. Ensure the effective securing of Taking-Over, Completion, and Maintenance Certificates in coordination with all involved Parties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years experience in Handover of project Roads & Drainage, Infrastructure, Landscape & Beautification Projects.
Extensive background in handling and compiling comprehensive handover documentation. Prior experience in the GCC region is mandatory. MMUP certification is a must.
Candidates must have ASHGHAL (PWA) Experience in Road & Infrastructure.
