Head Of Contracts

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Lead to join our dynamic team in managing a multi-billion dollar EPCC contract for a Major Energy Project.
📍 Location: Onshore, Qatar
🕒 Schedule: 10 hrs/day | 6 days/week | 26 days/month
🏗️ Industry: Oil & Gas | LNG | EPC Projects
📌 Job Purpose:
Lead the contract sub-team, ensuring safe and timely project delivery within budget. You’ll also support the development of a Contract Center of Expertise, working alongside SUPPLY and industry experts, and play a vital role in shaping the future of contract management and digital transformation in major projects.
🎯 Key Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Law, or Engineering)
✅ 10+ years of experience in post-award management of multi-billion Lump Sum Major Energy Projects
✅ Candidates with Project Management, Construction, or Project Controls backgrounds are welcome
✅ Proven experience in legal, disputes, and claims resolution is an advantage
✅ Excellent commercial writing, communication, and influencing skills
✅ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
✅ Business and risk acumen
