HR Officer (Filipina)
Description:
• Receiving of incident report from the departments and conducting investigations.
• Responsible for handling Issues including employees for termination, stopped duty, work refusal, Violation of camp policy both male and Female, violation of policy etc.
• Preparing Warning Letters and maintaining the same in Database for future reference.
• Accountable for Residency Permit Monitoring. This activity includes Issuance of New RP, Vacation/ Leave Application Renewal, Gate Pass Renewal, Food Handling Medical Renewal, Operational Requirements, Entering and Updating RP to the System
• Responsible for Shoes and Uniform request for New Employees. Coordinating with Warehouse and Camp for ensuring the employees have received the same.
• Active SPOC (Specific Point of Contact) to any Employee Grievances and related issues.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, Resignations, vacation and other HR services requests
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
• Exit interview scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience on related field
• College Level
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
