We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSE functions for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
Responsibilities:
✔Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
✔Provide leadership and direction to project teams on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
✔Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
✔Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
✔Lead HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
✔Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
– Minimum of 15+ years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects in Oil and Gas Sector
– In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
– Level 6 / NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Certification is Mandatory.
-Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
