Job Summary:

I City Services is currently looking for a Female Server / Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to guest needs during service
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area
Handle basic customer inquiries and assist with requests
Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server, waitress, or in a similar hospitality role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive work ethic
