We have a urgent requirement for a ITSM Specialist (symphony AI) to be based in Doha, Qatar
This is an initial 1 year contract with possible extensions for a further 2 years.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage ITSM systems.
• Configure and maintain ITSM software and tools.
• Coordinate with IT teams to improve service management processes.
• Provide training and support for ITSM tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Experience with ITSM tools like symphony AI.
