We are looking for a Store/Workshop Supervisor with the following abilities and knowledge:
*Develop, implement and maintain operational standards to a level of excellence throughout the store, in line with company policies and procedures
*Ability to prepare & track Material Request on a timely manner
*Skillful in arrangements of materials in-store, as per the site request
*Coordinate with Procurement officer or purchase team to keep the stocks available, and notification regards material stocks to avoid shortage
*Arrangements & tracking ability of general PPE’s in store
*Keep a master file of all stocks, plant &material in-store; on-site. And circulate on a daily basis to help the project team to plan the works
*Evaluation of plant, servicing, repair and utilization to best effect warranties to the benefit of the company.
*Ensuring all plant on site to be retuned if either not used broken or not required.
*Plant servicing and logging for QA/QC, directing service technical & ensuring the plant is serviceable, cleaned and usable, report on service technician’s task daily.
*Reporting and analysis of consumable performances, materials records from site information to evaluate which consumable are best to buy i.e.
*Monitor the allocation of repair orders to ensure the right tasks are handed to the technicians with the suitable skills for the job.
*Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
*Act as the interface between the technicians and the management.
*Proficient in IT and data entry application for Stock inventory & Repairs.
*Good communication skills.
