Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
Responsibilities:
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of approved Payroll workflows such as salary and leave advances, end of service benefits, medical claims and other expense claims
• Reconciles general ledger accounts, audits and analysis of operational data every month to guarantee accuracy.
• Responds to payroll inquiries and requests by employees and other internal and external users of payroll data.
• Investigates payroll discrepancies, and resolve any payroll related issues
Skills & Competencies:
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and very good interpersonal skills.
• Good with computers.
• Willingness and knowledge to spend long hours in front of computer system feeding and analyzing data.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good Commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Must be under family sponsorship
• Job location will be in Wukair
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
