Junior Instruments and Control Technician

We are looking for a “Junior Instruments and Control Technician” for our client in Qatar

Duration: 3 Months
– Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
– Time period from 1-October-23 till 31-December-23.

Job Description:
Junior Instruments and Control Technician to perform PM activity in Plant and ETSs, which include the following:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Validation of mechanical gauges i.e. temperature, pressure & differential pressure gauges
– Validation of electronic gauges i.e. temperature, pressure, differential pressure, and level transmitters.
– Validation of switches i.e. pressure, differential pressure & and level switches.
– Performing maintenance of UPSs and actuators.

The technician Must have the basic knowledge to perform the above scope, as per the below technical requirements:

– Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic instruments.
– Basic knowledge of UPSs, 230Vac power, and 24Vdc power.
– Basic knowledge of master equipment i.e. temperature bath, pressure calibrators, multimeters….etc
– Basic knowledge of HSSE, PPE, and work-related safety precautions.
– Technician shall be technically certified.
– Will be assisting senior technicians during PM works.
– Shall comply with all C&I procedures.
– Shall comply with all Safety policies and procedures.
